Great service & color for meA stylist called before my first order shipped to discuss my order. Since colors on a screen are often not true, I had been unsure which to choose. The stylist talked me through it and made recommendations and changed my order. When the color came, it was exactly what I wanted! However, my grays were visible again less than two weeks after application. I decided to try it again, using a different application method, to make sure it wasn't just me not doing a professional-grade job. Colour not as expectedHaving asked for a lighter colour with more golden and caramel tones, and having applied as directed just to roots for the first 30 minutes, the colour is still much darker than expected.
