I didn't like the gray coverage.I was not happy about my gray coverage. I would like another shipment free of charge of the exact kit, if possible. I followed the instructions exactly on the paper but it only covered for a short period, one wash and then washed out. I left it on for the duration of the time stated. Best I've ever usedI have been dying my hair myself since high school, which is almost 20 years. I've tried several different brands. As I am getting older and having more grey hairs the drugstore brands just weren't doing the trick anymore. I didn't want to spend a fortune at the hair salon so when I saw this advertised I figured for $20 it wouldn't break the bank. I love it! The color is beautiful and it keeps my grey hair covered until the next touch up. I am amazed at how well it keeps the grey hair from popping out.
