Amazing Color!I finally have my red hair back! In the last two years my vibrant red hair faded and became a reddish blonde with silver streaks. I didn't mind it much until I started to notice that the blonde was becoming more silver. That's not a good discovery when you're just starting to come to terms with the fact that your next birthday is going to be the big 4-0. After seeing a review about eSalon on Youtube I decided to give it a shot and I am so glad that I did. The Match-Up process was easy and my order arrived sooner than expected. With the detailed instructions it was easy to apply and the color is exactly what I wanted. I look like me again and I couldn't be happier! My only critique would be that the color tends to run a bit when being applied so make sure that you apply the Stain Guard liberally to the entire perimeter of your hairline and to your ears as well. This advice may fall under the category of "Duh!" but trust me, if you miss a spot it will end up stained and if you're extremely fair like me you'll regret it. Late shipmentI used your product once and had them change the color slightly. It was supposed to arrive on 6/2. Here it is 6/5 and I have not received it yet. Color made my hair shiny but much too dark.After using eSalon for several years, I have decided it is time to move on. While the product left my hair healthy, the only way to cover my gray (30%) was to go darker. When eSalon color stopped coloring my grays, I contacted a stylist who changed the color formulation. My natural hair color is light brown. Right now, my hairdresser said my hair is almost black. Needs to cover grey, not turn red as it wears, ashy, darker like Kris KardasiansThis color didn't last long and didn't cover my grey roots. It turned red as it wore off. I would like the color to be a darker dark, dark brown and more ashy. I need it to cover my grey better. Fantastic productI have been Colouring my hair with shop bought products for over 15 years but this product beats them all !!
