Lieferzeit 4 WochenIch habe am 2.4. wegen Corona eine Farbe bestellt, um mir über die Krise zu helfen, bis der Friseur wieder aufsperrt. Nach einer Woche kam ein mail: Kurze Verzögerung der Lieferzeit. Nach 2 Wochen habe ich nachgefragt, und betont, dass ich es nicht mehr brauche, wenn es nicht bald geliefert wird. Mir wurde gesagt, es wurde bereits versandt! Nach 3 Wochen habe ich wieder nachgefragt, es hieß, dass mein Paket als ausgeliefert registriert ist. Ich habe das Paket am 29. Nice gentle product. Still have grays...Beautifully packaged. Love the custization. Love the check ins from my stylist. The actual product didn't cover my grays all the way. Already showing grey at hairline after 4 days and no washingThis was my first try with eSalon. The kit was nice and arrived on time. The instructions and tools were good. However, when my hair dried after applying the color and washing it, the color was too light to match my natural roots. So the colorist should have looked at the photos I sent and adjusted the color to be darker to match my roots. Also, it's only 4 days since I applied the color and I haven't washed my hair, but grey is already appearing at my temple. I'm having to spray Root Magic on the temple area to cover the grey. MahDefinitely expensive for what you get. I didn't see any difference from box colors honestly 😟 Also, not much attention to detail, considering they sent me two shampoos and no conditioner 🙄 The instructions are alright, but too much packaging. Not a “custom” color setI ordered the product with the understanding that I could customize the color. When I asked my stylist to do this, I was told they would be sending me one of their premixed color options. As predicted, the color was not what I wanted. I know these are crazy times and perhaps you are unable to make custom formulas currently, but you should state that.
