Color didn't stickSo I love everything about this service -the user-friendliness, the quick delivery, the price, the packaging, even the shampoo and conditioner for after-coloring- but the color I applied didn't take anywhere but my roots, so now I have reddish/copper roots and dark brown hair, which is a bit funky looking. Maybe it is because my hair has been dyed, or it was just too dark for what I wanted -since I followed the application instructions to a T- but the dye itself just didn't work for my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. How can I give a review for a color when the package didn't even make it here?Nothing to review. Tracking said it was delivered and it wasn't. I have every intention of finding that package and I would appreciate any help from your end. Until then, discontinue my order. Not even close to a matchI was excited to try my "custom" color. It was to be a very dark violet brown to closely match my current shade. At the time of application, my regrowth was about 3/4 of an inch and more than 70% gray, as my profile states. End results; some regrowth became a light orange/gold and the rest took no color at all. I am very disappointed with the colorIn the beginning the color was not what I had asked for. I originally wanted black base with hints of violet. I received an email requesting to take it down to a darkest brown that was closer to my natural color, which is not what I wanted. so I told them go ahead and do it, because they said it would look like I wanted it to look. After I put it on my hair I had Auburn roots medium brown middle of my hair and a little bit of a hint of violet toward the roots. all that would have been perfect if it had been black to purple but I did not want Brown. I was told it would be adjusted. I now go and look at my account again and I see that they still have red in my formula my hair is naturally an auburn color I don't want red, if I wanted red I would not be coloring it. I'm going to give it one more shot and if I'm not satisfied this time I'll go back to buying it in the store. I just noticed they say they will reship to correct it. No one offered to do that for me.
