Color didn't lastThe color was not a bad match, but it faded after 10 days. Grey was only minimally covered. I had it applied by a licensed cosmetologist, so it wasn't my own efforts to color my hair. I was disappointed and cancelled my subscription. Burns scalp and leaves hair like straw...I believe my hair color was the correct shade, however the extremely strong chemical odor and the excessive burning sensation while coloring gives pause for thought. If this makes my scalp burn, what is it doing to my hair? Custom ends refresherThis was a different color from my roots only color, which I didn’t realize, and I hated it. Made my hair very orange looking. Thank god we’re not going out in public right now . Didn't Honor the GuaranteeEmailed that I wasn't crazy about the color. It wasn't what I wanted. I asked for them to send the correct color and was just told they would adjust for my next order.
