Just okayI had high hopes for a hair color that is far more expensive than my normal color. It left my hair feeling very dry and brittle despite my following the directions EXACTLY. Doesn't cover gray hairI wanted so badly to give this company a good review. The packaging is beautiful. The shade is nice and the customer service people have been very helpful BUT the color doesn't cover gray hair. My roots are the same as before and I meticulously followed the directions. If they have a different product , I'd be willing to try again. The first shipment was damaged and they replaced it at no cost ( kudos) so I'm not looking for another free one. Completely the wrong colourMy ash blonde hair is now ginger - completely the wrong colour. I realised it might not be a perfect match, but having answered all the questions and sent a photo, I didn’t expect a totally different colour which bears no resemblance to what I asked for. Great color, horrible productI gave it 2 stars because I love the color. However, it fades fast, my hair is frizzy and damaged and the bottle isnt enough for my whole head.
