GREAT Custom Hair Color!!!!!I tried this product after seeing several ads....I decided that it was not expensive and worth a try because other products did not cover my gray hair. The color was pretty good on my first try but when I received an email asking if I wanted to make any changes, I decided to actually tell them. Holy Moly! I got a real answer from a real person who seemed like they actually wanted to make me happy! So we tweaked it, and afterwards, they emailed me again asking for any changes! So we tweaked it one more time....and now it's PERFECT!!! I'll never use another hair color product again. I have it sent to me every 4 weeks and it arrives like clock-work! Love the concept and cute pkge,the color is offThis is my first time ordering. I had ligjt blonde hair and chose the beautiful picture of dark blonde copper. Needless to say my roots did not change much or they darkened, and my ends turned pink! Then I used tinted love in copper. Ot helped but now my hair in mixes of blonde, strawberry blondeish, and orange ends. The package is cute..tinted love was amazing, but the color was off. I liked my last shipment however I found it was a little too dark.The last shipment was what I had ordered, however, after applying it to my hair I found that it was a little darker than I expected.
