schöne Farbe, aber leider schlechte GrauabdeckungDie Farbe ist wirklich wunderbar. Sie kam in einer sehr schönen und aufwendig gestalteten Box, pünktlich, an. Die Farbe war auch tatsächlich ausreichend für mein dickes, sehr langes Haar. Die Grauhaarabdeckung ist nicht gut. Bereits nach dem Auswaschen, sah man die grauen Sprießlinge wieder. Orange rootsI was very disappointed in this last custom color set. My roots came out copper to orange in color which was a shock. It has only been a week and a half since I colored my hair and already the grey is back. I will give this one more try but thinking about cancelling future orders. Not at all what I expectedI spent 20 min filling out a profile with what my current hair color is and what my hair goals are with multiple pictures and it seems that it was either ignored or not looked at at all. The color I received wasn’t bad, but it doesn’t match what my hair color is currently. I mentioned in my goal/profile that my hair color is rose gold and fading, so I need root touch up for the regrowth but also color for the rest of my hair since the color I have is faded and needs a touch up. I received a “root touch up” kit and was pretty upset about the fact that it was only for my roots at first, since it was clear that my profile was not read at all. But I thought that if the color matched the rest of my hair, atleast I will be able to look a little better with my roots not a completely different color to the rest of my hair. But when I did the strand test, the root color and my current color did not match at all. I also did not get enough color to completely change my hair color. Now I have color I paid for and can’t use and still need to get something for my roots. Still no productI understand that you are very busy. But this was ordered around April 23 there are lots of very busy companies yours is the only one that has taken so long for a product. When I go to track it I’m given no information at all.
