If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Wrong colorMy hair is the same color as it was before I started maybe a little darker. It was supposed to go lighter. When I was putting it in my hair I could tell that it was going to be darker. TerribleHair color only turned my grey into a different shade than the rest of the my hair so it stood out in a different color. I tried reaching out to get it fixed but after a week I received a email back stating they can’t find my acct to match the email.
