Took to red. I ask for it not too take to the redPut the color on a little over two weeks ago. I ask for the dye not to take to the red as I explained that my hair tends to pull red. Good, will try againEasy to use but color is darker than I like and didn’t cover the few gray strands I have at the root. May have been user error as I didn’t leave on the full time recommended. So Upset with My Ruined HairI thought I was so careful to follow all of the directions and watched all of the videos but I got black/dark brown ends with a nice red-blonde color over the rest. I immediately sent an email asking for help but after no response I have scheduled an expensive repair at a salon. I am a natural strawberry blonde and only started dying my hair last year when I began to see grey's.
