Does not cover greysI ordered this color for two reasons.. grey coverage and to go a little lighter. The color covered my greys for a few washes and then washed out. Don't BotherI ordered this product with high hopes for covering my gray roots. I received the product two weeks after my order was processed. ( I am practically in the same Zip Code). The color was a good match. It lasted for 10 days. I called Esalon and had a long chat with a colorist who tweaked the formula and said a replacement would be sent out immediately. Two weeks later-no color. When I called to find out what had happened, I was told they planned to send the replacement out at the next scheduled interval , whenever that was. The order was then RE-placed, and I waited again. It's now 10 days later; the order was picked up by the post office, but still has not arrived. Customer service said, fine do you want a refund? Root touch upLovely colour and easy to use but being charged same price or more for the root package as the full head package is a complete scam. DecuJe souhaitai une couleur cuivré doux. Et la je me retrouve avec un roux. C'est la première et dernière commande que je fais.
