Way too dark!The first shipment contained a free color for a dual process and the color was fabulous. Next shipment, color single process) was really dark. Did not cover my grays at all.My hair had no color or chemicals on it and yet this product did not cover the grays. I was willing to lose some of the pretty summer sun highlights in order to cover the gray, but this did not work. Very Bad Quality Hair ColorI noticed that it wasn't working well when 30 minutes passed and I didn't see the roots any lighter. I followed directions and didn't get good results at all. It did not cover grays at all and my scalp and hair are still extremely dry from the product. I will not be ordering again in the future. Easy and AwesomeI've been covering gray since I was 21 and I've tried just about every hair color brand including expensive salon visits and esalon has been my favorite experience hands down. The packaging is awesome and the directions are clear and easy to follow. The smell is mild and does not linger in your hair like other products. I wanted a chocolate brown with out red tones and it was perfect.
