I really LIKE the new LIGHTER SHADE!IT matches so much better(!!!) with the natural"washed-out" or "faded shade" my hair became between colorings. Actually, due to my recent illness; I've fallen almost 4 weeks behind in coloring my hair versus when you sent the latest (new color) to me. This is why I could NOT GIVE a reply about "if I liked the new color" UNTIL I actually USED IT. I'M PROUD TO SAY I finally COMPLETED using the NEWEST COLOR ... EARILER TODAY - AND the NEW color matches much, much better (without) such a drastic change, as previously color. I must ask...does this customized lighter shade have any "ASH TONES" in it? Within my house it seems I see (the smallest) amount of a 'Greenish tint'. BUT, please do not worry, I will check USING Outdoor (natural) light tomorrow, I'm sure it will be fine! I will drop a line if I notice something. Thank you very much! It's a good feeling to know that one can expect the SAME quality results with YOUR PRODUCTS upon each color. May I plz ask that my next order be delayed an additional two weeks. Due to my recent illness, as I said above, I've fallen way behind w/the current schedule, would be the correct way to say it! This is why it's been awhile BEFORE I could answer your question as to how I liked this current new color change. I apologize for the delay in replying to your question, hopefully you now better understand. It's nice to know...each time I color, it will be so very close to the previous. I do not hear, "You've changed your color (again!) each time I color. Thank you again for your concern of my thoughts about this NEWEST (LIGHTER) adjustment. Your company has AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, which I for one...appreciate! Again thank you for your quality product. The Only Self-Color Product to Use!Luckily I found esalon not long after my first do it yourself dye job! I didn't the the store bought color, it was flat and did not last as long as I was led to believe. ESalon, not only fashioned a color just for me, I don't feel like my hair is colored. My natural color was a brown with red highlights. In the summer it got redder if I spent time outside. So to go to a flat color was not natural for me. I LOVE my color and gloss. Product is over advertised; not that greatHair color did not turnout as aspected. I did not like the color and the feel of hair while wet; felt like greasy wet hair. There was a greasy residue on hair and in the rinsed water. Please cancel all future orders and close the account. hair color wrong againfor as long as I have been a customer, and the issues I have had with the color being too warm in the past (and corrections made), it was surprising that my color went to the gold side of the spectrum, again. I am a cool and the color that I have in my hair now makes my skin look blotchy, takes away color from my face. Further, the formula does not seem to cover the gray well at all. My natural color is a med-dark blonde on the ashy side with undertones of very mild red. Which lightens to a med blonde in the summer months. I do not color my hair for my hair to be colored, but for the body (I have a lot of fine hair that is board strait) and the coverage of the graying strands. I will put in for a change again.
