Colour too darkThis was my first order and it was too dark however the colourist has communicated with me by email and phone and they have adjusted it in order for me to place my second order. I hope it will be correct this time! I found the shampoo very sticky and was not easy to rinse out. It took 2 full hair washed to get rid of the dense sticky residue. It's OK I guessI was really excited to try this! I have stubborn Gray's and was hoping that I wouldn't have to color as often. Unfortunately, this is not the case. I still have gray hairs, and there was more than enough color to cover them all up. Overall the product wasn't bad, but I will probably just stick to my color in a box. Beautiful !I love this product and get compliments on my color almost every day. Two different hair salons where I got haircuts asked if it was my natural color and when I said no they said to keep doing what I'm doing because it is beautiful and looks very natural.
