Nothing that you cannot find over the counterI tried it even after reading bad reviews about it, i didn't like it at all. The product is very hard to wash off, you can't take it off completely, you always have something left in your hair. The color I order was a 6 according to my hair color, It ended up being very dark so I had to order a lighter one. Now I decided to cancel the automatic delivery. Im not purchasing it anymore. Not for meI have been using the same hair color for years. Its root touch up #4. When I tried your product naturally I compared it to mine. eSalon just didn't give me the color I wanted, and it took much longer. I found my roots turning lighter than the rest of my hair and almost turned red. I was horrified. I am sorry, I am sure your product is great, but it is just not for me. please make sure you don't send or charge me for any more. I will not be using the one that was just sent to me. Nice color but dryingI liked the color but the formula really dried out my hair and made it feel gross. Aside from that the packaging, instructions and tools were very nice. Same formula despite change requestsI have asked for a new color every way I know how. I have even uploaded photos of myself with the color I am trying to match. The box comes and says "new custom formula!" but I've saved the paper from each batch, and it seems to be the exact same formula every time. Product hardened in my hair and was difficult to wash outI had quite a scary experience where the product congealed in my hair and I had difficulty washing out. I ended up having to use regular shampoo for 5 washes....and still had some congealed film in some areas. The colour and coverage was OK. Love the color!Started with a darker brown first time. It was dark. But it looked great! Mom liked it! Then I got the light brown a while back, it's a little dark at first, but lightens up perfectly and my hair looks like I have highlights! I get a lot of compliments! Great work team! No gray!
