The last shipmentI asked for a lighter formula which is ok, except the instructions stated I needed to leave on my roots for about a half hour and then lather and wash it out. My roots were totally blown out. They are several shades lighter than I expected..It looks weird. My roots now match the end of my hair. I think I would prefer to go back to the previous formula, and maybe a few minutes on my hair. I'm just disappointed. Custom Hair ColorI have been having my hair colored at a salon for the past 30 years so I was hesitant and a bit skeptical about ordering color on line. Because I am trying to stay within a budget, I thought I would give eSalon customer color a shot. Was not disappointed! The instructions were thorough, color easy to apply, the color was spot on, excellent cover of gray and long lasting. Awesome Color!I was so pleased with the color I chose! That Dark Chocolate was a HIT!!!!! I loved it and my friends and family loved it too! I got tons of compliments! Thank you so much for making my hair look ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!! I had ALOT of color left over from the second bottle, that I didn't really need to use! So this time I can save some of the product aside without mixing it, that way I have some left to do root touch ups between coloring. THANK YOU FOR BEING A GREAT SOLUTION TO FINDING THE COLOR I REALLY WANT! SALONS AND STORES DON'T CARRY THE COLORS THAT MOST PEOPLE ARE REALLY WANTING!
