Order Not ReceivedI placed this order on May 30th, communications said it shipped on June 5th and it is now July 5th and I still have not received my order. Shipping/tracking says it is in El Segundo/ Uslaxa, USA and has not changed since the June 5th “ship date”. I understand shipping can be delayed due to Covid-19 but customer service assured me in an email it would “arrive by the evening of July 1st at the latest”. International orders (Canada) should be made aware prior to ordering that these delays can mean over a month wait. Didn't cover my grayUnfortunately the color didn't work for me, it didn't cover my gray hair and it has this yellowish tone. Not satisfied with the "gray coverage"I followed all of the directions, step by step, but it did not cover the gray completely. About a few days later, I was back to square one.
