Custom Hair ColorI was not at all happy with my hair after dying it. I had NEVER dyed it in my 46 years of life. It dried out my hair really bad and made it feel like a wig texture! I was not impressed with the color either. I had to cut 5 inches off my long hair. I will not even use the 2nd bottle. Not happy!Tried this color and was not pleased. The smell of ammonia is overwhelming and it was almost impossible to get all of the color rinsed out. The shampoo with the kit did not work and it has taken two more shampoos to get it mostly out. I don't feel I got good coverage on my very stubborn gray either. Good advice and faultless colour-matchingIn my youth I had dark brown hair. My eyebrows are still dark and I presumed that, in my 50s, and wanting to cover grey, I should still be as dark. I gave all my details and uploaded a couple of photos and put myself in the colourists' hands. The shade they come up with was perfect - very natural and flattering.
