Super Match!I was skeptical at first but felt if it was a drastic epic-fail I could just pop down to the drug store for a MissClairol!! But I'm never using Drug Store color again!! All the items needed ftom start to finish are included! Even two pair of gloves!!! I am most impressed with the ease of use and all the support available if needed. They are truly chemical magicians! With just a few questions and a photo, they got my color perfect the first time!!!! And covered any grey with ease! Try it!! Perfect ColorLove my custom hair color. But even more I love the way my hair feels afterwards. Really gives my hair a soft feel. Application was easier than I expected and colored my gray roots completely. Thanks for suggesting I use a shade lighter than I originally chose. disapointingI ordered a new colour to have a change which I sometimes do with shop bought dye and have never had an issue with colour. However, eSalon dye did not give same satisfaction. My roots didnt change colour and the ends weren't even close to the colour requested. The dye left my hair like straw, I had to wash and condition twice with my own products after. After 3 normal washes the dye was still coming out onto my towels. I also ordered a shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo doesn't lather unless you use loads of it and also leaves hair feeling like straw. The conditioner is ok but nothing to shout about.
