Didn't work for meVery sensitive to dyes, perfumes cosmetics. Thought I would give it a try, did a test spot and broke out in hives. Have had this problem with a lot of different hair dyes. Hair awesome to the touch...The ONLY reason I rated low was because I had had a conversation with the technician who reviewed my assessment and told me she thought it would be too dark and that, if I agreed, she would mix a lighter color. HATE IT - Much, much darker and non-dimensional - can't find how to cancelI hate it. I did the application over the weekend, and I hate it, it's MUCH darker then exected. I even called right after placing the order to speak with a colorist. I specifically shared the conern over a darker shade and she insisted the colors were a good match to my pic. My perfect colorI love that I can interact with the colorist each month before they mix my color. Was last month too brown? Too coppery? All I have to do is let them know and they alter the recipe. I love everything about it!I don't have to stand in a store trying to figure out what color I want, nor do I have to go to a store to purchase it. It comes directly to me and I set the time line. They guarantee your satisfaction and I have absolutely no complaints. The color is long lasting and I had to change the delivery date because I thought I'd need it on the same time line as a store or salon purchase. Custom hair colorI have been using this for several years, 4 years now, and absolutely love the stuff. I only wish I could get someone to do it for me, so I could relax and enjoy the treat..
