Color changeI was a redhead when I started this program two years ago. I am now a brunette. I kept asking for a tad more red to keep me where I wanted to be but it is either this level or that level. CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS AND SUPPORT FAILINGSI just received my first order and wanted to color my hair, but there are no instructions in my shipment at all. I have no idea how long to leave the color on. Then, when I went to call for support, I discovered their customer service is closed on the weekends and there is not even a live chat. Then, the website was down and I could not log onto my account for hours. I will see if I like the product itself. Love it!The color was right on for me! I have received lots of compliments on the color. The process was similar to what I have been using so it was easy for me. It costs more than the drug store brand but not nearly as much as a salon color job and is lasting longer than what I had been using.
