Home Run!With just a single tweak by one of the hair color specialists, my hair color went from very nice to best hair color EVER! I had applied my first color, gave eSalon a call to adjust the hue, and walla! Youthful Perfection! Now if they could just come up with a color that would take a few inches off my backside... Nailed it!touched up my roots last night and did my eye brows! the color matches my original hair color perfectly. The slight adjustment made the difference. Thank you so much! No surprisesThere has been no surprises with Esalon. My hair color is consistent. When I went to a professional salon, I frequently came home with another color or the worse was when roots where either darker or lighter. E-salon allows me to color when its convenient for me with better than salon results.
