I liked the box except hair colorI like the box and everything it came with..Now the color was supposed to be copper mahogany. DamagedI received product and the special formula had ruptured all in the package on everything. I have less than half a bottle Temperatures had been in the ninties, I would definitely reconsider your package. Package was stamped by mail service and the contents and box were wet. Hasn’t covered my rootsHello I’ve just used my personalised hair colour to cover my roots and ends i kept the dye on for longer than required however after washing it out my roots have not coloured well at all. Not the right colorI won't be re- ordering because I asked for a coppery red and got dark brown which is to dark for me. It made me look older and I wanted brighter skin.
