DullI just colored my hair and I could cry. Its terrible. I requested dark coppery blond. I wound up with a med-light ash brown. I see no copper and just a little gold. More green than gold though. My hair looks dull and dry. I followed all the directions. I've even added leave in conditioner to try to get some shine. Rude emailWhen I complained about the color I received they told me theycouldn't lighten my hair as they didn't have the right product.
