Great Hair ColorThe hair color that eSalon prepared for me is a great color. We established this color in the beginning and it has worked for me. My only problem is that the hair color stays so long I don't have to put another treatment on for several months. Hard to believe but true. Not happy with colorThe last couple times that I have been billed for the hair color I have not even opened up!!!. They are still sealed... I am not happy with the hair color that I have been receiving...so I never opened the boxes. I have since found a color that is more for me!!.. I would appreciate it if you would credit my account back for the haircolor that is supposed to ship on the 25th.. I no longer want to continue with the ordering if your hair color. End ResultI enjoy your products very much and your directions are very clear as to what to do. However, this time I have an issue with the outcome of my color. The night I colored my hair, everything was a beautiful color, but my ends on the bottom were still very dark, but I really didn't mind that so much. A couple of days later, I washed my hair again, and with this my hair darkened back up. I did not use a cheap shampoo. Disappointed in the colour resultLoved the packaging and quantity of product. My hair is also in great condition after colouring but unfortunately the colour is nothing like the swatch image when I chose it which was very disappointing. I followed the instructions to the letter but my hair came out very very dark with no hint of violet in it at all.
