didn’t even die my hairit didn’t die my hair. didn’t even make a difference on colour. esalon team meant to be approachable but they haven’t replied to my emails. DO NOT BUY THIS This company have NOT REPLIED in 3 months, do not buy anything through them. They have non existent customer service! Only received a standard we are busy email in all that time! Avoid, unless you want to waste your money!!!! The statement below is incorrect, no one responded to Morwenna's concern that it did NOT dye her hair!! colorI really was not happy with the way the color came out. I felt like it did not have good coverage. I left it on long enough but my roots were still dark. I really liked it the first time I used it. The first time I used it my hair felt great afterwards it was shiny and soft.
