Roots and endsDisappointed as my roots turned out to be a completely different colour from the ends with a distinctive line. Not the color I wantedI wanted a reddish tent in my hair. Either copper or strawberry blonde. Was given medium blonde, my old hair color from like 2 year’s ago. Not very impressed. Then I sent a message letting them know they sent me the wrong color and I haven’t heard back. Color too darkWhereas my color had been perfect the two previous times I did it, this time it was too dark. Since I followed the directions to the letter, I can only assume that the formula was mixed incorrectly. I have been using a clarifying shampoo for the past two weeks to lighten it, but it is still too dark.
