Terrible customer serviceCustomer service is a joke. eSalon sent me the wrong color and refuses to do anything about it. They offered to send me a free kit when I went to turn off my plan but I can no longer trust them because they sent me the wrong color. It was red-toned when I've been using ash-tone for the last year. There is no recourse if you have a problem. Not happy with price increase after first orderHappy with my colour but don't know if I'm willing to pay £15 + £5.95 for shipping. It was not clear that the price went up after first order which was £9. I can't cancel as my order is on route. Color way too dark!I created the profile & provided a current picture. A colorist did not contact me for any further clarification. However, the color provided for my roots only was way too dark. There is an obvious separation between the color applied to my roots and my remaining hair, it does not blend at all. This is horrifying to someone who has only had their hair professionally done & does not know how to remedy this situation. Not very likely to reorder nor refer to anyone. Also, I placed the original order on July 7th; and received an email indicating the label had been created along with the tracking information. I checked a number of times on the status, but the tracker indicated the package had not been received. I contacted eSalon on 7/16 with this information & they processed a replacement order. On 7/17, the original order was provided to USPS; and on 7/18 the replacement order was placed with USPS. Did not like the color or the productWas not satisfied with the color or the product, I found that it didn't last as long as it does when I go to a salon and felt it dried out my hair. SAVE YOUR HAIR - don’t use this!!A truly awful experience. I was sent two colors - brown for my roots and bright, clown red for the rest. The result was horrific and I had to go to a salon to have it fixed. When I called customer care, she casually said “we can’t color roots red, so brown is the closest you’ll get without going to a salon and having it done.” Would’ve been great information for them to share before sending me this product.
