SAVE YOUR HAIR - don’t use this!!A truly awful experience. I was sent two colors - brown for my roots and bright, clown red for the rest. The result was horrific and I had to go to a salon to have it fixed. When I called customer care, she casually said “we can’t color roots red, so brown is the closest you’ll get without going to a salon and having it done.” Would’ve been great information for them to share before sending me this product. no brushI'm happy with the color. The first time I ordered this product there was a brush for application. The second time, there was no brush and it doesn't appear to be a mistake as the list of items provided does not include "brush". It is very hard to apply without a brush and after getting all set up I didn't want to go out to the store to get one. Not for meTo be completely fair, I did not give them a chance to adjust the color. After two roots touch ups my hair started looking brassy (I have mostly whitish gray ashy blonde hair, going for blonde). My stylist is seeing clients again (after the COVID shutdown) and I prefer to have someone hands-on adjusting my color. This was a lot more reasonably priced than she is, and convenient to have shipped to me. why do you keep sending me your product? I didn't use it because it left my haira shade found in nature but not in hair color- how can I return this most recent sent product? Not what I requested.My initial order was much darker than expected. I was only looking to cover “grey” (my grey is white), and keep my over-all color the same. I requested a lighter color for my next order. I got the same dark results. Will be canceling subscription.
