hair feels waxyI thought product was easy to use since I have colored my own hair before. I am very happy with the color result, but I have a waxy buildup thought I rinsed hair well the first time. Let my hair air dry couldn't stand the build up so I tried rinsing again with just water, still seemed just as bad. colors don't matchI had asked for a free replacement and more red to be put in and there was no red at all. This was a free replacement because the last one turned out to be lighter on top and darker on the bottom. Now it's even worse than it was before. The bottom is almost black! The directions were followed exactly. I have an appointment this next Tuesday to see if my hairdresser can fix this mess and it's going to cost me another $60.00. Slimy gummie hairThe past two shipments of hair color have made my hair slimy and gummy. I had no choice but to wash my hair with Dawn dishwashing liquid to get that gross slimy, gummines out of my hair. Clearly you've changed your product as it smelled heavily of ammonia both times.
