Awesome!I tried esalon for the first time tonight and I am totally sold on the product. I am in my late 30s so gray roots are being seen more frequently now and I can't afford to go to the salon every 3-4 weeks to get my roots done. I submitted a recent picture with ugly gray roots and one that was what I wanted it to look like. The colorist Jennifer had to tweak it a bit to match (compared to what said I wanted) & she did a great job matching it to my current hair color. My 8 year old had to help with my back underneath roots and she did a great job. I was really nervous waiting while it was being processed, but my fears went away when my daughter said she didn't see any more white/gray once I rinsed it all out! hair feels waxyI thought product was easy to use since I have colored my own hair before. I am very happy with the color result, but I have a waxy buildup thought I rinsed hair well the first time. Let my hair air dry couldn't stand the build up so I tried rinsing again with just water, still seemed just as bad.
