Horrible Color!!Colorist decided to change my chosen color to a "more flattering" color. It was a disaster. My reddish brown hair turned an ASH BLACK on the ends. The roots didn't take it as much. I look ridiculous and I am completely embarrassed. I am going to have to now pay a professional to fix this mess. I've NEVER had this problem with box color from the drugstore. The last shipmentI asked for a lighter formula which is ok, except the instructions stated I needed to leave on my roots for about a half hour and then lather and wash it out. My roots were totally blown out. They are several shades lighter than I expected..It looks weird. My roots now match the end of my hair. I think I would prefer to go back to the previous formula, and maybe a few minutes on my hair. I'm just disappointed. Custom Hair ColorI have been having my hair colored at a salon for the past 30 years so I was hesitant and a bit skeptical about ordering color on line.
