Everything that was promised and more!I have used various brands and types of hair color in my time as well as professional coloring and I cannot begin to say how impressed I was with this product. From the customization process to the packaging, everything feels personalized and fail-proof. And let's talk about the color itself: it was easy, effective, and the color was well-distributed in my hair and looked just as good as a single process color at the salon for a fraction of the price. If you are honest on the questionnaire and follow the directions as provided, I feel confident you can have a similar experience. I was planning on simply trying it for the reduced price of a first time customer, but I am sold. Hair colorLove the color. Easy to use. I would give a 5* but still having some full gray coverage issues especially around my face and I have this one spot that has the most gray and that just seems difficult to cover. Great color....Although it was slightly darker than I anticipated, overall the color was fabulous. There was no real harsh smell, so that made it easier to bare. The color techs seemed to really get what I was looking for, and the end result looked, and felt great. The only thing that would have made it better..... esalon colourI like the colour but I have dyed my hair one week ago and my grey is already coming threw. so this is not going to last me the three months it said it would. as my hair grows and unless you have put an ingredient in their that stops my hair from growing its never going to last this long.
