Didn't work at allI was so excited for my new color and when I was all finished and followed directions perfectly my hair didn't change at all!! Didn't get the gray coverage that I did the first timeI was really pleased with my initial color but my second color experience seemed to fall short. I thought I was being over critical, as I think most of us can be, because after I colored it I could see gray in my roots.
