Something has changedI have been very pleased with the color of my custom hair color for over a year. However, the last 3 times that I have colored my hair, it feels awful when I'm washing it out. It feels like wax was dumped on my head and it won't rinse out. My hair feels like rubber. I have to shampoo it twice to soften it. It was perfect. I'm not sure why this is happening. You've got to try this product!I've enjoyed eSalon custom hair color for over a year and recently decided to make a change in my color. Nice redIt started out a little later than I liked right after the application( more on the light side of Auburn) and turned into a really nice coppery color with a little bit of goldthe next day. I like the way I lookMy color was spot on; exactly what I wanted. Kudos to my colorist! Application was easy. I appreciated the tools that came with my original order.
