I really like the productThis is the second month that I have used eSalon's color and I really like it. The packaging is convenient, they give you everything you need and the color turned out really well. The only thing I don't love about it is the price. I've been doing my own color and getting products from the beauty supply store for years and eSalon's price is double what I pay there. Not happyThe dye did not suit my hair and 2 weeks ago I asked you to cancel any further orders, If any arrive I will not pay, sorry, yet again you are sending out to me another dye, I asked you to cancel it last month but you still sent it, I used it and once again the product did not suit my hair it made my hair feel like it was covered in lard and I rinsed it thoroughly and shampood and conditioned it as well, it felt so awful I had to shampoo it again twice to get rid ofvthe lardy effect on ex I receive it I will send it straight back to you Linda sutton 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

My poor hair!The packaging is beautiful and I love the personalization aspect. Unfortunately, this product dried my hair out so bad that I've had to do two Opalex treatments and my hair still isn't back to normal moisture. Color wasnt quite what I feel I describedI love the idea of this, I was really excited to try it. I think though that either I am bad at describing what I want, or they just were not able to make it in a bottle. I want a vibrant copper red- similar to what my natural hair color was as a child. I even included a picture of my 4 year old son, as he has my hair color (well before I got old and it all faded). The color I received was more blondish, dull and faded in like 6 days.
