Doesn’t cover my graysI used this dye as instructed and several days later my grays were visible. After 2 weeks i have to redo my roots. Not Enough ProductWe used the bowl and brush to apply the color to my hair and we ran out before the last section so part of my hair didn't get dyed. I am quite irritated and don't recommend using them. They're supposed to provide enough product to color your hair. My third set and the color was way offI could tell as it was processing that it was different. Instead of the light red I got the first two times, it looked like I’d colored my hair in a bucket of ashes. Worse, I contacted customer service and never heard back.
