Long Shipping TimeI will never order from Esalon again. It took over 3 weeks from the time of shipping to receive. Bummed!Didn't really seem like it did much, I just had my mother color it on Saturday and this morning I found grey hairs everywhere popping through. color change?I wasn't sure about the color since it turned purplish as I was applying it this time?! I was worried I was going to have a purple tint! It didn't cover/last as long as the first time I used your product, unfortunately, so I don't know if it's because I requested a slightly lighter color? My sparkles appeared much sooner and this color seemed to fade much quicker. This is only the second time trying your product so I feel like I need to try one more time. First time usingPretty disappointed. After dying my hair, color was basically the same as what it was before but darker which I didn’t want. Sent a photo of the color I wanted In the instructions and the result didn’t have the shade or pop I was looking for. Could've done a better job with products from Sally’s beauty. DelayI have been ordering for 5 months and I I do not like that my item takes so long to be deliver . It’s been a week and as of today I still have not received . This might make me want to cancel .
