Worth the extra effortThis color requires a little more work than the drugstore product I was using. And I miss the "comb" applicator. But the quality and depth of the color are so much better. And my hair is shinier and healthier. I bought some of the other stuff in a recent "emergency" and was so disappointed. DissatisfiedMy last hair color order I requested a change to a bronze/red color. It was really very burgundy and not what I wanted. I would like to upload a photo of the color, but o don't see this as an option. The color is finally looking better after several weeks, but I think it should look good from the start. Custom Hair ColorI have used many products my self and also had my hair professionally done. This was the first time the product completely dried my hair out. It felt so dry and nasty. This feeling is most likely caused by residual color still coating your hair and/or scalp.To avoid this from happening in the future, we recommend massaging the color at your scalp prior to rinsing. This will help loosen residual color and prevent staining on the scalp. beyond expectationsI started this process extremely skeptical. I had an very specific colour that I wanted matched. I spoke to one of the colorist on the phone and discussed what I was looking for. I was still unsure if they would be able to match the wanted color so I did a test strip first, and it was a perfect match! I am unbelievably happy with the outcome. Best Long-lasting colourAbsolutely loved the selection and colour matching process. Excellent quality good coverage and my hairdresser said my hair was in excellent condition. Great ProductI love ordering my hair color from eSalon. I love being able to discuss with a color stylist about changing my color. I am a blonde and I do not want any gold or yellow in my color and I like to go a little darker in the winter. They are always happy to change and I am always pleased with results. The best at home coloring!!I love Esalon. There products are very good.the coloring lasts...easy to use....the shampoo/ conditioning.
