PerfectionI have always used a store bought hair color and it was either to much red sometimes pinkish and washed out within 3 weeks n never fully covered the gray. I am a first time user here and received my kit today n colored it tonight and it's perfect I love the color, the softness and coverage. Great Color/Excellent Customer Service!👍🏻My first experience went well. I got the color and panic because it look so light and called and they e planned when mixed it would get darker and it's easier to go darker were kind patient and right. 2nd time and disappointed again.I asked for a dark brown with an undertone of red that shows when the light shine off of my hair. 1st time I ended up with almost jet black hair. 2nd time a little lighter but I still see no red.
