2nd time and disappointed again.I asked for a dark brown with an undertone of red that shows when the light shine off of my hair. 1st time I ended up with almost jet black hair. 2nd time a little lighter but I still see no red. Custom hair colorMy hair color matched exactly. I am not so good with applying it so some white did not get covered quality at least matches what I've had in the past cost is similar to a box from the store and it is much more convenient. It messed my hair up.I waited 24 after a wash to dye my hair right? So I dyed my hair expecting it to work and look good. No, it made this oil in my hair that would not wash out no matter what.
