Inconsistent. Clown Red Roots!9/28. Update. Cancelling because they only sent me the right formula once of five orders and would not just send me the right one again despite phone calls and emails. The last one was just brown (no red) and left my hair sticky and coated after 3 washes! Switching to Madison Reed. Adjusted my color after I had clown red roots. Great! ...for one month. Then they sent me the shitty color again (after I confirmed they would send me the new formulation that actually worked.) They assured me it was the right one. Nope. My hair looks ridiculous. Alix cannot follow instructions. The inconsistency is making me cancel. I loved the color that was the right one.
