The color is awesome!I went for a haircut 2 days after coloring and the stylist complimented the color. When I told her I'd done it myself with eSalon custom color, she said, "I'm not supposed to like it, but I do!" Again, I may never go somewhere else to do my color again. No need to remember...I love the fact that everything is customized for me and the process is very thorough on top of it always being sent to me exactly when I need it. I found it difficult to do it myself in the shower and not make a mess, but since I use the demi-permanent I skip some of the steps that make it messy.
