Best Hair Color Process Ever!!Always had problems with full coverage for my gray hair plus the roots always looked red even though I only used medium or dark brown color! Very PleasedThe color turned out very nice. I asked for a slight shade darker, and the color turned out just what I wanted. My only issue e-color is that I have to shampoo about 6 times to get the dye out. I called, and they said use a clarifying shampoo. Once I figured that out, it was all good.
