Complete disappointmentFirst colorist jumped too light with my dark blonde/light brown underneath hair- made it red! The very thing I warned the colorist of happening. I had wonderful customer service with the second colorist empathizing and sending out correction dye. This made it more red! After a second attempt to correct- which I appreciate this, since you guarantee satisfaction. The 3 Rd coloring attempt made it dark red! I wanted light blonde, not Auburn red! They said they can't help me and I should go back to my expensive salon! Thanks for absolutely nothing! I'll make sure 21k get this review! Not recommending to anyone ever!
