Did not provide 100% gray coverage that I was looking for!I was hoping that the color will provide better gray coverage than the store bought boxed color applications, but the results were almost the same. I am not happy with the color after a couple of weeksThe color seems very artificial and is not staying true very long. I have been coloring my hair for many years, using over the counter color. Color was not as vibrant as I wantedI was looking for a true plum color, but after my second time using these products, the color was still more of a really dark brown with a bit of reddish highlights. Had a red tintI ask for light ash blond. It was more a strawberry blond. I hated it. I had to put the darker color (dark ash blond) from my July order on my hair to cut the pink tint. Happy HappyAfter contacting esalon over my first hair colour they kindly sent me a new refigured colour free of charge!! Well impressed! I LOVED the new colour it was lots better I would still regig a little with the first one you apply to roots just so it was more Auburn/plum but it really was a much better result.
