After 3 years, I give up on eSalon.I have tried for 3 years to get eSalon to tone down the hair color so that my hair doesn't look red when I dye it. My hair has never been red, or even slightly reddish. Every single order has been followed up with a note to them that the dye turns my hair red. I give up! I don't have this problem at all when I buy Medium Ash Blonde from the drug store.
