Please cancel my ordereSalon products cover my grey completely. The POS system to handle orders and payment is efficient and easy to use. not what i expectedi ordered a blue/black haircolor. my hair turned out more black. in fact, you can't tell there is any blue at all. i had to dye it twice. the top part of my hair didn't take the first time. and i have 3/4 of a bottle left that i can't use. my hair is falling out more now than it was before i colored my hair. i will stick to buying my hair color at Sally's and only using what i need. Easy & great qualityThis hair color is so easy to use, the color is perfectly matched and it doesn't smell as bad as others I've tried. Very Happy with Color and Customer ServiceI was very skeptical about trying something online for my hair, however, the process was very easy, esalon has an extremely detailed and expansive color selection, and the results were amazing from my first experience. I had a lot of questions and customer service was very happy to have a colorist contact me. After a few questions, she helped develop an awesome formula resulting in me having super cool hair color!
