Wonderful product!I was nervous about coloring my hair with something over the internet, but wow was I surprised! It turned out awesome! It feels better than before. The color was spot on. Excellent!The first time using eSalon was good but after giving feedback, my formula was was made perfectly for me. No brassy roots or super dark ends. The color is consistent and natural looking. not what i expectedi ordered a blue/black haircolor. my hair turned out more black. in fact, you can't tell there is any blue at all. i had to dye it twice. the top part of my hair didn't take the first time. and i have 3/4 of a bottle left that i can't use. my hair is falling out more now than it was before i colored my hair. i will stick to buying my hair color at Sally's and only using what i need.
